We started selling park homes throughout the Westcountry in 2000, selling in only Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, as South Western Park Homes Ltd. Within a short space of time we had a very successful estate agency business.
 
However we were getting calls from all over the country from both prospective purchasers and park home owners alike, asking us to market park homes outside of the Westcountry. So to meet everyone’s demands we started to selling park homes all over the country, but within the boundaries of our normal website.
 
Over time, this side of the website was doing so well, that in November 2004 we designed a completely new website which combined all the park homes we were selling no matter where in the world they are through our sister website www.yourparkhome.com.
 
In July 2008 South Western Park Homes followed the success of the Internet Company 'Your Park Home' and became Internet based to enable overheads and costs to be kept to a minimum. We can still come out and prepare the park home particulars for sale and even deal with the sale for you, but now at a much more competitive fee.
