2. NEW FOR 2008 - GET YOUR PROPERTY PARTICULARS COMPLETED FOR YOU. We can also offer the service of coming to your home taking the photos, completing a floor plan, give any marketing advice requested and prepare a full set of property particulars ready for you to give out, along with a master copy. Once you are happy with the draft particulars we will then print off 15 sets of colour particulars for you to keep and a laminated ‘For Sale’ board with your contact number on. This premium service is £175.00 plus fuel charged at 25p per mile from postcode TQ12 (Newton Abbot, Devon). Please either phone us or email us your address (via contact us page) and we will provide a detailed invoice for this service. There is no additional charge once your home is sold.
